Full Assembly and Fitting
Every Magnet unit assembled, levelled and fixed correctly to your walls and floor. Magnet units are rigid-carcass, which is an advantage — but the installation still needs to be done right, especially in older London properties where walls are rarely truly flat.
Appliance Installation
Oven, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine — all fitted and connected. We test every appliance before signing off the installation.
Plumbing and Water Connections
Sink, dishwasher and washing machine water connections handled in-house by our own team. No subcontractors — the same people fitting your kitchen handle the plumbing.
Gas Connections
All gas work carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Every connection made to the required standard and signed off with the appropriate certification.
Tiling and Finishing

- Delivery coordination — We coordinate around Magnet’s delivery. We can be there to check units when they arrive.
- Installation — Typically 3 to 6 days depending on scope. A realistic timeline confirmed at survey stage.
- Snagging and sign-off — We go through everything with you before we leave. Doors adjusted, appliances tested, every detail checked.

Can you replace Magnet’s own installation service?
Yes. You can purchase your Magnet kitchen without their installation option and use us instead. This is very common and entirely straightforward.
Will using an independent installer affect my Magnet warranty?
Magnet’s product warranty covers manufacturing defects regardless of who installs. Using an independent installer doesn’t void the product warranty. We also provide our own 12-month workmanship guarantee.
Do you install Magnet rigid-carcass units?
Yes. All Magnet units are rigid-carcass, which means they arrive pre-assembled and ready to fit. We install all of their ranges.
