Kitchen Fitters in East London
From warehouse lofts in Shoreditch to new-build flats in Stratford and 1930s semis in Romford, we fit kitchens across East London. One team handles the fitting, the electrics, the plumbing, the gas and the tiling.
How we can help
Three ways we can help
Fit the kitchen you’ve bought
You’ve ordered from Howdens, IKEA, Wren or someone else. We assemble and install it, cut and fit the worktops, and connect the appliances.
Full kitchen installation
Old kitchen out, electrics and plumbing moved, walls made good, the new kitchen fitted, tiled and decorated. You deal with one team from start to finish.
Worktops and partial refits
Cabinets still in good shape? We replace worktops, swap appliances or retile a splashback without a full strip-out. As with every job, our minimum is £1,000.
On site
Every trade your kitchen needs, in the right order
Order matters on a kitchen job: wiring and pipework before the units, units before the worktops, worktops before the splashback. We run that sequence ourselves, with the same people every time.

Strip-out and preparation
The old kitchen comes out and goes away with us, and the walls and floor are made ready for the new one.

Cabinets set level
Every carcass is levelled and fixed, even where the floor isn’t flat.

Units built around appliances
Base units go in around the oven housing and integrated appliances, so everything lines up.

Doors and drawers aligned
Hinges and runners are adjusted until the gaps run straight and everything closes softly.

Panels and fillers scribed
End panels and fillers are cut to the real walls, so there are no gaps to hide.

Appliances connected
Ovens, hobs, dishwashers and fridges are fitted, connected and tested before we leave.
Electrical work is done by qualified electricians and gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers from our regular team. Tiling, splashbacks, silicone and a final walk-round with you come last.
Your home
East London homes: what we plan for
Warehouse and loft conversions
Shoreditch, Hackney Wick, Wapping, Bow
Concrete floors and brick walls make it harder to run new pipes and cables, and waste pipes need enough fall to reach the stack. We plan the service routes at the survey, ideally before the kitchen is ordered.
New-build towers
Stratford, Canary Wharf, Royal Docks, Canning Town
Concierge sign-in, booked goods-lift slots, set working hours and often an electric-only supply. We check the building’s rules with you first, protect the lift and corridors, and plan for induction.
Victorian terraces
Walthamstow, Leyton, Forest Gate, Hackney, Bow
Narrow galley kitchens and side-return extensions. Walls are rarely square, so we scribe panels to fit instead of relying on silicone.
1930s semis and family houses
Chingford, Woodford, Ilford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford
More space, and often a knock-through into the dining room. If a wall is coming down, your builder or structural engineer handles that part, and we fit around their schedule so the room is ready when the units arrive.

Cost
What affects the price
Most full installations, for the fitting work. The kitchen, worktops and appliances are separate, and you get a fixed written price before we start. Our minimum for any job is £1,000.
- Size: how many units, and how much of the room they cover.
- Electrics and plumbing: moving a sink or hob, new sockets, or a new circuit for an induction hob.
- Worktops: laminate and wood are cut on site; quartz, granite and marble are templated first.
- Walls and floors: plastering, making good or levelling before the units go in.
- Access: high floors, lift bookings and parking all take time to plan.

FAQ
Questions East London customers ask
Which parts of East London do you cover?
Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering, plus nearby Essex towns such as Brentwood, Loughton and Chelmsford.
I’m on a high floor in a new-build. Can you still fit my kitchen?
Yes. We book the goods lift with your building, sign in with the concierge, protect the corridors and lift, and work within the building’s set hours. If a long worktop won’t fit in the lift, we plan the joints so it can go up in sections.
My flat has no gas supply. What about the hob?
Many new-build flats are electric only. Our electricians check the supply and fit a dedicated circuit for an induction hob if one isn’t there already.
Can you fit a kitchen in a warehouse conversion?
Yes. Concrete floors and brick walls make new pipe and cable routes harder, so we look at the services during a survey, ideally before the kitchen is ordered.
Will you deal with my building’s management company?
Yes. We send our public liability insurance and a method statement, and you share the building’s rules with us. Most managing agents need these before work can start.
Parking is tight on my street. Is that a problem?
No. Much of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham is in controlled parking zones. We agree visitor permits or a bay suspension with you before the start date.
Can you just replace my worktops?
Yes. If your cabinets are sound, we can replace the worktops on their own. As with every job we take on, the minimum is £1,000. See our worktop installation page.
How much does kitchen installation cost in East London?
Most full installations cost £2,000–£6,000 for the fitting work. The kitchen, worktops and appliances are separate. You get a fixed written price before we start.
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes. Our minimum project is £1,000 for any type of work, from a full kitchen installation to a worktop replacement. We don’t take on jobs quoted below that.
Will an independent fitter affect my kitchen’s warranty?
Faults in the units, doors or appliances stay with the retailer or manufacturer. Problems caused by the fitting are covered by our own 12-month workmanship guarantee.
How long does it take?
Most kitchens take 3 to 7 days on site, and the usual wait for a start date is 2 to 6 weeks.
